Sanding & refinishing

Sanding and refinishing takes worn, scratched, or discolored hardwood back to bare wood and gives it a new finish. It often costs a fraction of replacing the floor.

  • Furniture moved out if you haven't already
  • Plastic over ducts and doorways to contain dust
  • Dust vacuums running with the sanders
  • Sanding from coarse to ultra-fine grit, wall to wall

INSTALL

Vinyl plank & laminate

Click vinyl plank and laminate look like wood but handle water, pets, and heavy traffic better. We install them in kitchens, basements, mudrooms, bathrooms, rentals, and condos.

  • Removal of carpet or old flooring
  • Subfloor or slab flattened and prepped
  • Underlayment matched to the room (and to condo association rules)
  • Click-lock luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or laminate
